She serves as Chief Strategy Advisor and investor at Artificial Brain USA, a quantum-software company advancing military operational advantage while delivering measurable ROI to commercial sectors including logistics, space, finance, aviation, and energy. She also serves as a FedTech accelerator advisor for defense and space tech start-ups.
In 2025, Dana co-founded Athena Allied S.A. and became a General Partner of the Athena Allied Defense Fund in Luxembourg, focused on scaling Europe’s modern defense capabilities in response to intensifying threats and a rapidly shifting global security environment.
Since 2020, Dana has advised the U.S. institutional investor community on geopolitics, defense technologies, companies, and markets, industrial resilience, government procurement behavior, regulatory friction, and technology adoption across U.S. and allied ecosystems. She has been named twice to the “Top 100 in Aerospace & Aviation.”
Her earlier leadership roles include service as a Career U.S. Diplomat with assignments in Europe, the Indo-Pacific, and the Middle East; a Fortune 100 aerospace executive at Lockheed Martin; a national-security sales and strategy leader at Guidehouse LLP; and a Silicon Valley global General Manager and EVP leading Public Sector P&L across international markets.
Dana has received multiple Superior and Meritorious Honor Awards for her U.S. Government service, corporate and technology leadership awards from Lockheed Martin, and the Republic of Estonia National Guard Medal of Honor (First Class) #269. She served as Dean of the Consular Corps in Scotland during Queen Elizabeth II’s Jubilee Year, the 2012 Olympic Games, and the Papal visit.
